Participants in the Ready4Work program are given a thorough background check, random drug screening, and evaluated by our staff of experienced caseworkers for needs assessment.   The participants receive several weeks of intensive classroom instruction on a wide array of topics to help prepare them for re-entering the workforce and being productive, law-abiding members of the local community.The following survey is directed toward prospective employers and business partners of the Ready4Work team. The questions you answer will help us address your concerns in the hiring of ex-offenders.
